1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the bdgome platform and its users. bdgome is an online betting platform that provides Sports Betting services on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more for users in Bangladesh.
All bdgome services are available to users aged 18 and above only. bdgome reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions have been written in English with the convenience of Bangladeshi users in mind. bdgome believes that transparency is the foundation of a fair betting relationship, so every term has been written as clearly and plainly as possible to avoid any confusion.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To register with bdgome, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at the time of registration.
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and online betting must be permitted in your jurisdiction.
- Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
- Keeping your password secure is your responsibility. Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended to protect your account.
- As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, bdgome may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment-related records at any time.
Account Verification
Bdgome conducts KYC verification to confirm the identity of registered users. This process may require a copy of a national ID or passport, a recent utility bill, and payment method details. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Bdgome supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All financial transactions are subject to the following rules:

- The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name. Withdrawals to accounts held under a different name will not be approved.
- bdgome reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction pending investigation.
- Account verification is mandatory for withdrawals. Withdrawals from unverified accounts cannot be processed.
- bdgome reserves the right to report any suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
4 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on bdgome and cover all bet types — single bets, accumulators, and live bets.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered valid only once bdgome's system confirms it and the stake has been deducted from the user's account. No bet is considered final prior to confirmation.
Bet Cancellation
Bdgome may void a bet under the following circumstances:
- If an event is cancelled or suspended and does not resume within the scheduled timeframe.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is placed at those odds.
- All bets associated with any match found to involve fixing or irregular activity will be voided.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Bdgome's bonuses and promotional offers are designed exclusively for members in Bangladesh. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, all of which fall under the general bonus policy outlined below.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- bdgome reserves the right to modify bonus terms or cancel any bonus at any time.
- The same person or household may not claim any single bonus more than once.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is established, bdgome may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited under bdgome's Terms & Conditions. Any involvement in prohibited activities may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
- Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to bdgome's systems.
- Impersonating another user or operating an account under a false identity.
- Abusive or threatening behaviour toward bdgome staff.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Bdgome may suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. In such cases, bdgome reserves the right to take action without prior notice.
- Breaching any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- If the documents required for KYC verification are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
- Extended period of inactivity (12 months or more).
- The user themselves requests self-exclusion or account closure.
Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@bdgome.com. Prior to closure, verified account balances will be available for withdrawal.
8 Privacy & Data Protection

- User information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
- All data is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers.
- Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by legal obligation.
9 Limitation of Liability
Bdgome accepts no liability for the following:
- If a bet is cancelled or missed due to an internet connection failure.
- If a transaction or bet loss results from the user's own error.
- If service is disrupted due to issues with third-party software or devices.
- If a user's account password or credentials are accessed by a third party.
Bdgome is committed to delivering a reliable service and strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. In the rare event of a technical disruption, bdgome will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10 Policy on Changes to Terms
Bdgome reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
